Showing off her fabulous form, Hilary Duff was spotted out on the beach in Capri, Italy earlier today (July 11).The “War, Inc” actress was joined by her hunky hubby Mike Comrie as she climbed on some rocks along the shore in a skimpy two-piece black bikini.And Hilary’s fit physique doesn’t happen by accident- she takes plenty of steps to ensure her body is at its best at all times.

Among Ms. Duff’s secrets are a circuit training routine, full-body conditioning, and keeping her diet clean which includes eating plenty of chopped salads, egg white omelets, and fish.
